Supposedly won $160,000.00US in scratch lottery ticket. Very plausable operators. Now refuse to pay winnings as I am not a 'registered member' of their investment company Want me to pay further $4300.00 to become 'temporary member'. This has been going on for over three months and like a fool, I believed them implicity when they offered to personally pay the odd charges for me so I could collect my winnings. Have documents etc to prove payments also names etc of operators (even though they will be fake).
