I saw an add on tv for these miracle booties & was suckered in with false adds! My wife has stage two diabeties & this appeared to be something that would give her some comfort! They were advertised as, buy one, get one free for a total of $ 24.99 p&h!!! Thinking i would get her one & me one looked great, with no tax, and how much would p&h be on 2 house shoes — quot;right"??? I allways check on an orders total before authorizeing payment so i can cancel if not satisfied with order! I requested one size [small] in pink & the free pair size [large] in blue! The scam came as 2 pair [small] in pink & 2 pair [large] in pink — 4 pair total— p&h? They screwed me by listing order as 2 different items at $24.95 each p&h of "$ 31.80" equalling $81.78!!! Their scam is set up so that you can only see the outragous shipping cost upon totalling order! Without my ok to accept & pay they bill you anyway! I did not ok & voided [ i thought] and forgot it! This was on 1/05 & on 2/09 i get this e-mail that my order was shipped-surprise-surprise—?? Visa was no help in objecting the charge! This basterd co. Said they would give me a refund on the booties but not the s&h—and" i " must also pay to return them! Please find many more complaints at "hot booties slippers review"!! Also! Many thanks, jlg
