I ordered the trial period of '30' days, I emailed them to cancel any further products. I received my credit card bill today and have noted that 2 seperate amounts have been taken on Jan 22nd of £57.95 and £57.11.
I telephoned today and spoke to a representative who said it was an '18' day trial and that you had to telephone to cancel and not email, therefore I would not be refunded any money.
Not only are they false advertising, they do not state how much the product is after the trial period.
I am trying to get money refunded via my credit card company, has anyone been successful?
