Our business is located in the US. We shipped product to a business in the UK. The credit card they used was stolen. Visa charged it back to us plus handling fees. We contacted the business and they act as if they did not know us. UPS has confirmation that the package was delivered and duties paid. UPS will no tell us who paid the duties. Our police will not do anything. The business is a restaurant. I looked at restaurant reviews of this business and there are bad reviews (from US emails). I don't think any of these people have eaten at the restaurant. I assume there is ongoing fraud. Is there a way to stop them from scamming someone else?
