I purchased 2 samples from this company for $2.95 and $4.95 a few weeks ago and they were never supplied, and now I have a card authorisation request on my account for $83.11 which I did not authorise. I have to wait till it becomes a transaction to lodge a complaint appeal with my bank and I dont know what to do to stop this
