To whom it may concern the Bi-state of Texarkana Texas Justice Center.
Their is an issue with this justice department, their illegally arresting people.
Then their hiding the information from the head Government of Washington D.C.
We have an issue with this head office for a long time now. Some Employees are abusing the The legal system and falsely arresting people their are more than likely over 2300.00 people.
The Department of Justice is mistaken identity and falsely arresting people.
And their evading The head Legal law system and jailing innocent people.
The Bi-state is illegally jailing innocent people. The House of Representatives needs to know Arkansas is violating laws and acting like they can make a law like its ok. They said theirs a law in Arkansas that a african-american can do whatever they want. And they also have illegal laws they use heir say. And they are having people set up to find out information to overthrow.
They are also doing illegal things. This state is getting out of hand Arkansas told other states they can arrest anybody and do anything they want to with the (Us Senate Approval). Like its ok.
And its ok for people of Criminal Justice of Bi-State.
And its ok for people to be racist theirs alot of Racial-tension here in this area and it keeps getting worse and they are acting like Arkansas can do whatever they want, And its getting out control.
And its ok for people to do whatever they want. Arkansas is getting out of hand they are causing this country to lose trades their threatening other countries like its ok to threaten other countries. And they are bypassing Senate Laws. Arkansas have alot of Crooked copes in the Texarkana area and theirs a lof of (Police-Impersonators) And people are using the illegal Law Act blacks rule everything. And theirs a lot or Racial-tension in Arkansas they are using secret information by using crooked copes and the Main head Government of the State do not know about it. And the tension is getting really out of hand in the surround area. What the Arkansas do not know is that they need to be Sanction cause they are doing stuff illegally and acting like they can overthrow the senate and the (House Representatives). And theirs a lot of people secretly saying that, blacks need to put people in Jail that are not black. And they are falsely arresting people McCain was right. And the secret is Arkansas is doing a lot of illegal thngs in the Justice Department on Arkansas side like its ok. Arkansas is evading states Jurisdiction and secretly sending african-american people to racially bother someone, its like racially-motivated. And their doing a lot of Racial-profiling. It's getting out of hand and illegal and getting very dangerous and It's believe the Main Senate does not know about the stipulations at hand. Arkansas are illegal believe they can get over.
