When i got an emails saying that I had won the auction, they asked me to send front and back copies of my debit/credit card, along with a copy of my driving licence and copy of my passport.
When I rang to ask why they needed all these details. I was told that it was because they could only sell to on member of the familey!!! I was not willing to do this but they had already debited my debit card and that I could not get back the £59-00. I could cancel my account but I would be charged £28-00, and I would not the item I had won at a cost of £12-95. So a potential loss of £100 and nothing to show for it...
