I searched for the DMV clicked on first site up. Looked official (i was tired)
When I finished giving all my info and clicking ok... I got the uh oh feeling and realized they were charging me 251 instead of the 215 I owed (very tricky) The reversal of the two numbers is what got me. I either lost 26.38 or or 251.38 if they don't actually pay my CA registration.
