This was associated with trying to contact HSBC's Customer Center. The number on the back of the card was the the Assist 123 call center. The only way I could get HSBC's number was to pay the 1st $3.95. The number they gave me didn't work and I never could find a way to contact HSBC. My new card issued 2/10's Customer service number works. The new card has an additional $3.95 charge.
