I was trying to renew what I thought was my auto registration & tag. The website appeared to be a safe government website so I entered my pymt info. I became suspicious after submitting my pymt because the website would not allow me to print a receipt. I assumed I would get my receipt in my email but it never came nor did my auto registration or tag. After a month or more of waiting I went back to my bank stmt & found a charge from "OFFICIAL FORMS - PASIG CITY" for $34.96 & then another for $9.97 on 12/29.2011. When I googled it I found the same instances that had happed to others. I called the number I found for this bogus site & was told that I had "signed up" for a downloadable form. This is the dumbest thing I've EVER heard considering it's free through my county website or mail in form...
