I ordered a tablet on 12/12. I have been waiting ever since, and DealFun hasn't given me any concrete information. I have called them at least five times and I have emailed them at least ten times. At first they would respond my emails, but up to this point they not even bother to do so. Whenever I called them they representative say "I don't know you should call so and so or go to this link..." this website or company to me is a fraudulent one. I have been waiting for two months already. DealFun took the 96.36 out of my account right after I have order the mention item. They gave me a tracking number which is a death link. Although, I want my money back and I have expressed this to them, Dealfun does not give any procedure for such action. Please if someone has any idea of what to do I would highly appreciate.
