No idea how they got my information. 2 cents was deposited and 3 days later 11 cents were taken. I know this is a small amount but if this is happening to 1000 people a day it starts to ad up. They were helpful when I called them though even though they did not believe me. They said it is automatic and that it is impossible to happen because it is computerized.
