My husband was deploying to Afghanistan and had a layover in Atlanta. Since he was going out of country he didn't bring his cell phone and tried to call me from the airport to let me know where he was. He reported to me that he tried two phone calls which both gave him busy signals, then another call which he got through and left me a voicemail stating that he'd call back. After waiting for a few minutes, he tried a few more times but each call unsuccessful as the line kept telling him "this call cannot be completed as dialed." Each attempt he was charged $13.77. The actual call where he left a voicemail was $33.31. OUTGRAGEOUS! Especially for our travelling men and women in uniform.
