Purchased a washing machine (hotpoint) and took out the extra cover. Came out to it on the 14th January, said they would order the part and be back within a week. After several phone calls to them, still haven't had a reply and are unable to tell us when they can fix it. Asked them to ring us and they stated it was not in their policy to do so, so we have to make the effort to sort it. We have to go to the laundrette as me and my husband were uniforms and work full time. We also have two children too look after which also work. All this cost in mounting up we've had to buy new sheets, towels and tea towels to keep the washing down and the overall cost. It is a real inconvenience and very time consuming, we are also on a tight budget and are therefore finding it hard to keep spending money in the laundrette, we took out the extra cover so if anything went wrong we was covered but the obviously don't care, they just want us to fork out and we want something done about it.
