Cut Bag in Wheat Thins Box

I opened my box of Wheat Thins Multigrain and discovered that the bag was cut off on the one side and wheat thins had pretty much all spilled out inside of box. Never ate any as they would be stale. It's impossible to find out who to complain to and cant get money back from store as dont have receipt. Brought them about a month before Christmas at NoFrills.
