Offer was for free heart health reports. Had to agree to receive monthly Dr. Crandall report and was charged $54.
Free reports arrived 2 months later. Decided I did not want the monthly report and sent online email to cancel and
get a credit. Received stock answer stating that a representative would be in touch with me shortly and requested
that I not contact my credit card company as they would be working that out. No further communication from them.
Sent a follow up email and gave a deadline to respond, after which I would contact my credit card company. Still
waiting for a response.in the meantime the first monthly report has arrived, but has not been opened.
