Just got this W-2 in the mail for my wiferide who has passed away in December. And never worked for this company and never worked for anyone other then herself. Also the W-2 is in her name before we got married. This is not the firsttime within the last year in a half I have been scammed by people tired of it. Had to close my bank account and messed up my credit cause of it. Wish my wife was here with me I do.
