I applied for a "Free Trial" of the Eye Care and Serum, I was only supposed to pay for postage and packaging but since Nov '11 I have received 2 extra items that were not ordered and 5 deductions off my card!!! I have cancelled my card now. I tried to ring the UK no on the invoice and I got through to someone in America to ask me to hold the line! I am now looking for some information to see how to be refunded the amount on my card!!!
