I found out that 30.00 was missing from our account. I went to my bank and after research found the bank was able to print off an electronic check. On this check it has my account #, routing #, the last four of my ssn and the check is made out to Gen X Marketing Group.
Also is a phone #of 877-820-8719.. I called this number of course you cant understand a word. I repeatedly asked for a refund. I was told to refer to the terms and condition of my contract. I said over and over again I do not have a contract and I did not authorize this transaction. I got so mad I hung up. These people need to be stopped. I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK!!!
What is the law? Better yet WHERE is the LAW to protect us from all the scamers out there.
