Order the paracord in good faith with the understanding it might be up to 6 weeks for total order, credit cart charged immediately, December 16 started to make inquires received no real feedback just the copy and paste messages, left at least 6 messages on Brandon's phone and 12 e-mails inquiring... Nothing nothing nothing.., told in January to ask for refund in writing did so over 3 weeks ago... Still no notice... These folks are very bad news..
