I bought an iPhone 4S 16GB. On 2 January I paid Leo with MoneyGram to these details: Bing Bing Xu, China, 200USD.
On 5 January he claimed he had sent the iPhone and had given me my tracking number. After 3 days someone in France called Tierren recieved my parcel. This was the tracking number for the Ems.com EE710001353CN. I'm now waiting for 20 days and I haven't received anything. I tried contacting him about 10 times but he didn't reply to any of my emails. Could someone do something about this please. I either want a refund or my iPhone 4s. I'm fed up waiting. My name is Mateusz Kubala.
