Found this company in an internet search of companies that buy old iphone. After downloading their free UPS mailing label - I dropped the package off a my local UPS store and I saved the tracking number. Two days later I received an e-mail message saying they had received my iphone and that a check would be mailed to me within 48 hours. 5 hours later I got another e-mail saying they had not received my iphone. After checking with UPS tracking - they had indeed received it but when I went to celltradein's web site and they showed the phone had not been received. The telephone number on their web site - did not function nor did they reply to repeated e-mails... And of course no check ever arrived.
