This company took money from my account without authorization. The bank is working with me.
I did some research. Premier Membership Clubs has filed two (2) Fictitious Business Name Statements with the Recorder in Los Angeles County, California. The first one was filed 10/20 as Document No. 20101497823. The second one was filed 12/3 as Document No. 20101775029.
Can someone go to the Los Angeles County Recorder's office at 12400 Imperial Highway in Norwalk, California, to look at these two documents? The Recorder's web site shows hours of 8 to 5, Monday - Friday. The phone number there is 562-462-2177. Please post the name of the owner of the fictitious business name and his/her address at this site. I will file suit against Premier Membership Clubs in small claims. If a large number of us can get together, we can file hundreds of small claims against this company. It will be worth our while.
