Had a trial of the Stem life cell therapy seeing it in a Queensland newspaper applied over the phone was told I would recieve it in 5 day. Didnt recieve the trial for 3 weeks and I had to phone them to explain I was going overseas on Nov 6th till the 25th and that I could not trial the product and return it before the trial eneded which was 16 days, a verbal agreement over th ephone was given to me up until Nov 25th and this company still deducted the amount of $205.00 without my permission. I wanted to return the 3 remaing jars but they told me that I could not as the trial had expired and I had only 24 hours to notify after the 25th. This was not given in writing and I got told I could have the remaining products at a discount for $100.00 all I can say is this is not how we do honest business in Australia and I do not recomended trialling any cosmetic or health products from any online sources..infact be wary of anything that seems to good to be true and dont but online with a credit card use paypal it is becoming a major issue with scammers:)
