Repeated attempts to contact this outfit resulted in delay tactics. After I went to my bank and started the money recovery process and a trip to the County Sheriff's Department to report this act of fraud, I finally received an email directing me to a link to activate my online access to these products. Having read several "scambook" accounts, sealed my decision to not trust this organization and call it what it is, "a SCAM".
