A windows security center virus alert screen poped up warning of virus infection. A second window was superimposed on that with a slightly different shield logo offering to fix the problem. I could'nt log on to any other sights so I accepted the offer and filled out their form with my credit card info. My credit card was billed but I never received anything from them as of 1/19. I finally had to use a recover disk and reinstall all my programs.
