Last year i saw an advertisment to try samples of anti wrinkle serum for £2.95 i clicked on the offer then forgot about it weeks went by then i got a phone call from a very polite and friendly american lady to say my sample was ready to be dispatched she then went on to ask for payment of £2.95 so i gave her my bank details and she started to go on about other products been sent out i told her i was not interested in any other products as i would be out of the country. 1 week later the sample arrived then i was browsing the internet when i found all these letters saying that this company were a fraud and had been taking money out of peoples bank accounts. So i went to see my bank to see if they could stop this happening they said all they could do was to write these people a letter to tell them to not take any more money out of my account i also tryed to contact them but got nowear i have also sent them a letter to tell them to cancel the continuous authority i looked at my bank account this week and £74.95 out and as i have not recieved any more goods i again went to the bank, but i have been told they cant do anything until we have given them 30 days to cancel then if i have not had any more goods they will try to get my money back but i am worried this will go on and on something needs to be done about these fraudsters to put them out of business
