CNC Timeshares
Very Deceptive Practices!

CNC timeshares a scam. I paid them $400 2 years ago. They promised to sell my property in 6 months. It has been two years. Nothing has been done. I paid another $100 to upgrade my ad or to get more exposure but nothing happened. They said they advertise in magazines, newspapers and exhibits. But I just learned that what they do is to put an ad in their webpage that no one can find. If you do a Google or Yahoo search this company does not show up in the first 4 pages. How are people supposed to find their web page? Then if they find it, there are so many ads that it is easier to win the lottery than finding your ad. I spent more than 2 hours looking for my ad and did not find my ad. The only way you can find your ad is to type their web page and then type your ad number but a person that does not have these two pieces of information it would be very difficult.

They also lied about the way they advertise your timeshare. And sometimes your add does not show accurate information.in a rebuttal to another report, the owner of CNC timeshares says that they have 99% satisfied customers. This is a lie. I’d say most of their clients are not happy with them. Their customer service is very bad. They cannot give you straight answers to your questions. They have told me at least twice that they will research my issue and that they will call me back, but they never did. Most of people just do not have time to complain or file a report. I would like to sue them.
