I went to their website after seeing an add on tv fow tow pans for 19.99. My intent was to see how much the price would be with tax and shipping. Once i got to the site their site has the two pan deal selected a first but before you got tothe next screen it auto selects the full set option. I had put in the shipping info and billing info to get to the screen to see what the full cost would be, but instead of it showing the total and asking for my authorization, it thanked me for my order and shows shipping at 0.00, tax at 0.00 total cost of 0.00. I tried to call tem right away but they were closed. I used their tracking system two days in a row to see if there was an order processing and none could be found. The charge of 299.99 went thru on 1/12 causing over drafts of 105.00 the charge did post as a pending charge a few days earlier and when i called them they said that i was pretty much sol.
