I ordered a original NorthFace bionic jacket for my son as a gift for his birthday. I was charged 120.00 including shipping. The website advertises original products. I received a horrible looking jacket, the workmanship on it is of poor quality, the fabric and the way looks on my son is absolutely ugly. I tried to get in touch with the company, there is no customer service phone nr. I tried email and all I get from this guy named Benny how sorry he is I don't like the jacket and he hopes I understand.By the way, no return address.
