I ordered the free samples and paid £5.02 for the postage, these I items never arrived and yet the company has taken £229.29 from my barclaycard. Having paid a payment protection insurance against my purchases Barclaycard now seem unsure if I can indeed get this money back. What's the payment protectioninsurance for??? Can someone help??
