I have NO IDEA who these people are or why they think they can just take my money! I am still trying to get a hold of them, but to no avail. No matter what time of day I try they seem to be conveniently closed.
DIRFUNDSRV111511 111115161309K4E is what I see on my bank statement not only once on 11-9-11 but again the next month! WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE?
Is anyone doing anything about this? Doesn't do any good to just complain! Who do I get a hold of for my money back? I had to order a stop payment on these people, which cost me an additional 58.00!!
