I contracted for appointment setting services with Prestige Management and Interactive Strategies that they were unable to perform.

I was promised before ordering that Prestige had already met my firms compliance requirements and was approved to provide appointment setting services for Merrill Lynch employees.

However, after contracting and paying for services, I submitted the compliance package to my compliance department turned it down as "too much of a risk for an outside firm to provide marketing services for * * in this manner."

Prestige never started the call campaign and it's been over 4 months since I first contracted for services. I've been promised a refund over 2 months ago and so far have not received it.
