I ordered a jacket from uggmoncleroutlet and they sent the wrong size. I tried to contact them several times to find out an address where to send it back and be refunded as I had to wait over 3 weeks and didn't want to wait that long again to receive (maybe) the right size, plus I have to pay for shipping and this was their mistake. I was told to contact sfepay if I had a dispute with my purchase. I emailed uggmoncleroutlet 4 times with no response and I can not contact sfepay as instructed as the website is only for businesses and in Chinese. I did however attempt to email them by replying to their email which I am sure didn't go through. I just wanted an address to return this item to. They will not tell me where to send it back and I don't know how to get a refund. The merchant order # is 10488 My order # is 28051112417171253045 and the amout of the jacket that was charged to my credit card is $195.00. They said that I have 5 business days to return my item and it is past that because I couldn't contact anyone. Please advise.
