I contracted Watch Brokers to sell a Baum et Mercier watch for me in August. I received an offer in October and authorized sale on 10/17. My sales rep, Eric Toso, stated that payment would be received within 25-45 business days. I repeatedly contacted Mr. Toso and he systematically stated that the payment would be received no later than 12/31. Today, 12/29, I contacted Watch Brokers and was advised that my payment would not be sent until April by the Accounts Payable Manager. Mr. Toso advised that a partnership failed and they are reworking the business model rather than go out of business. He also asked if I would prefer not receiving any money at all. I have 5 voicemails from Mr. Toso stating that payment would be received by 12/31 and can provide them if necessary. I can be reached at (Personal Information Removed)
