I placed an order on December 12th and payment was charged to my visa on the 13th, for my daughter's Spyder ski suit and my Spyder ski pants.
Now on the december 29th the order still appears as processing on the website. I have contacted the site 7 times without a response.
Now as I search this site, I find that the products I have ordered are not even Spyder ski wear.
