I also purchased the "Magic" horse. My story is almost word for word to the report filed by the lady from Brownville, WI. Only Cynthia told me she was a "horse broker" and she had to search for months in order to find this special horse for a child with a closed head injury. He had to be put though severals tests in order to measure up. Standing quietly for long periods of time was the biggest one along with knowing voice commands such as walk, trot, whoa and so on... Sounded to me like Magic could walk on water if you asked him too. He had no vices (but she failed to send along a cribbing collar) The surprises just keep on coming. She, of course, forgot to bring the Coggins papers with her so she'd send them out the next day... Still waiting! Oh she also said she would send us the bit he was ridden in... Still waiting!!!
I would love to get in touch with anyone who purchased "Magic" This kind of scam really gives the horse community a bad rap and needs to be stopped, even it's one person at a time.
