My wife and I have ordered a pair of uggs as a Christmas gift for our 13 year old daughter. Before we placed an order we have decided to e-mail the company as we've had some questions in regards to these uggs. We were assured that they were original sheep skin and were made in Australia. When we have received a package, the box with an item was extremely light where in fact a leather is heavier. Anyways we had opened the box and we found fake uggs. We could not returned them to the merchant as they do not exist and could not get a refund of any kind. Now I wish them to rotten in hell and I hope they will. This is a warning for all other good people not to place any orders with these scam bags. Even your visa department will not be able to help you as the purchase is always being authorized by a potential buyer.
This whole world is full of crooks and thieves in every institution under the sun and they are being protected by a corrupted and stupid law that hurts a defender and helps a offender promoting their crime. That's why this world is the way we all see it.
We wish you a Happy New Year to you all good people
Regards
Derek and Eva
