I ordered on 12-16 and was guaranteed delivery for x-mas but received nothing. Ive sent emails and have not gotten a response. I'm mad just thinking people can even do this. I used a Visa Gift card to pay and am not sure if I can even dispute anything which frustrates me even more! It is now 12-26 and still have heard nothing.
