I just receivced my Chase statement 12/24 and found the listed charge indicated in debit card withdrawals.in thepast I founds these grant assistance programs to be faulty and have curtailed useage of my card with anyone not associated with the BBB. I was in the hospital when this charge was listed and did not make a purchase in the past. I know my card was frauduently used.
