They solicted me thru a pop-up on the internet. They were offering a credit limit of $1100.00 and also a loan of up to $1500.00. When i filled out for the loan my card was charged $39.00. I was told i would recieve my card in 10 to 14 days, i never did. I called them and was told i would recieve a refund in 3 to 5 days. When that time expired i tried to reach them and got a recording stating they were updating their phone lines over the weekend. So on the following Monday i attempted to reach them again and reached a recording stating their offices were closed. I have also tried emailing them and recieve the same email response stating their phone lines are being updated. Their website no longer exists either and from my research this is an international scam originating in Podgorica, MNE.
