In March of this year I finally got fed up with my clunker computer and ordered a new one from TigerDirect.com along with a new 28" monitor. I received a confirmation that my card was charged, I received a notice later confirming shipment. So, I waited and waited, and then received an email saying you should have received all of your order by now fill out our customer satisfaction survey. After talking with TigerDirect.com several times and then with UPS I found out that TigerDirect.com didn't require signature on the items and the genius UPS worker left nearly $1000 worth of computer equipment on THE FRONT PORCH!!! Of course, as any normal human being with two synapses to rub together would expect it was stolen. Who does that? Sorry, but you have to be a special kind of retarded to manage this one. So, TigerDirect said they had "confirmation of receipt" and charged my card and refused to deal with me. They pawned me off on UPS who also refused to deal with me. So, I had to call Wells Fargo and have their claims department deal with the matter. Thank my lucky stars for them. They did a great job and were fast and very supportive. Needless to say, I'll never purchase anything from TigerDirect.com again and I suggest that no one else do so either.
