I have received a letter saying I have won a prize valued at 600.00. It also states that inorder to recieve this shipping I must send $163.90. They have no number as does not share with you what you actually will receive... Only that is has been appriased by the member of the International Society of Appraiser. It also so states you will receive a claim directive report. I don't know sound like a scam to me.
