I made a purchase on 12/4 and according to the website I was to receive my item in 7 days. When I didn't receive my item by the 14th I sent an email asking the status. I heard nothing so I sent a second one on the 16th. Still heard nothing. As of today, 12/19, I still have not received my purchase and yet my credit card has been charged. If I don't receive any satisfaction by the 22nd, I'll try to get a credit against my credit card for the 104.00
