I was told the same about free $1200 in groceries for a year (not $1000 as in previous years the representative said). The rep specifically told me all i had to do was print the "vouchers, " bring to local store, present the voucher and i would receive the item free. I even called customer service to verify his statement and they reassured me this was all true. Never did they use the word coupon. I received the packet this week, registered, and all i saw were coupons i could have gotten from regular mailings and sunday paper. I called customer service who claimed they never said i would get free groceries, I asked for advertising dept or supv and the lady claimed she was the supv and hung up on me before telling me to call the radio station. I don't see how a radio station would have any knowledge of their scam. I demand an refund and a shutdown of avanced grocery savers!
