We are disclosing one scam by few Canadian Citizens in India, who is involved in money laundering and illegal smuggling of substandard life saving drugs to USA and Europe with out any documents through Mumbai Air port by his company HERMES PHARMA LOGISTICS PRIVATE LIMITED at bangalore having address, 176, Adarsh Eco Place, Unit 2, Ground Floor, EPIP Industrial Area, Kundalahalli, White Field, Bangalore, Karnataka-560066, INDIA by making two of his Indian employees as Directors of above company. Earlier he was doing same activities through his comany Medicine 4 you Pharma Pvt. Ltd, Navi Mumbai. After crack down by Mumbai FDA sifted this illegal activity to Bangalore. Earning Bilion of Dollars throgh this illegal activities in India through offshore banks as huge price difference of generic medicines in India and USA, cheated Government of India crores of rupees as tax. Sending back some part of Black money back to India through banking channel to make it white. He has been invoved in this activities here in India since many years and all govermnet agencies have full information and knowledge about his activites but no action has been taken. This group of Canadian nationals making fool to people worldwide through many internet pharmacy websites. Most prominent among tham are www.4rx.com, www.4rx-pharmacy.com., www.genericpharma.com and www.aclepsa.com etc. Prescription drugs like Anti-Cancer, Life Saving injections and sterile preparations like Bimatoprost, Anti-Biotics, Cardiac drugs, Dibetic Drugs, Psychotropic, Erectile Disfunction drugs which should be dispense under doctors prescription are directly send to inocent customers in USA. Looks like nomal envelope to evade customs in USA contains 300-400 pills inside and hundreds and thousands of such parcels goes to USA with full knowledge of Mumbai air port customs by their company Hermes Pharma Logistics Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore and through other agencies in India. This is very big international racket operating from India. Request FBI, Interrpol, CRA, Royal Canadian Mounted Police and CBI to take this matter seriously and do investigate to save thousands of people worldwide in the name of cheap medications.
