The letters says to contact customer care representative john sanchez at the prize distribution department for additional information on processing and activation of the check with a phone number 1-778-5962. At the bottom of the letter it says sincerely eric morales prize award administrator tel: 1-778-323-6788 fax 1-847-223-4545 and to be sure to contact your customer service representative in the second paragraph above, thank you.)
