Ordered a knm series and they did a bait and switch and sent me a cheaper model, called and talked to them 4 times, they said they would get back to me but never did, it was for christmas, Internet

Ordered a knm series large mid frame, they sent a cheaper model, called them and sent a pic of the item i received and they said they would get back to me they never called me so i called them 4 times, they said they would get me the right one for christmas, i have not heard a word from them all i can assume is a bait and switch where they said they had the product and did not and sent me a cheaper model and figured i would not see the difference, anybody who got one better check the one they got and see if it is the right one
