In respect on this company YES they were very slow to ship I agree, but I did get my furniture and when I called they were very polite and understood why I was upset. THE FACT is the price I paid for the sectional is GREAT and I love it!!! So to the furture buyers be patient you will get your furniture and LOVE it.
P.S. If you call and threaten them they do not take it lightly and your orders will be delayed i found out the hard way.
