I may have signed up for the trial— usually trials are free but you have to submit your credit card info. Lo and behold, they took the $14.95 from my credit card— and an additional LARGE amount on top of that.
If I knew what the additional amount was (MYLIFE *WSFY-SEARCH). I have notified my credit card company. Can anything be done to stop this ripoff?
